Job Description
A newly opened and busy on trend multi faceted venue in Brighton is in need of a quality Sous Chef to help run the kitchens. You will need to have an actual passion for cooking and food and be willing to be part of a big crew of chefs who have all been selected because they actually like to cook!
You will have experience in French cooking and be able to run a service in which ever part of the venue you are required. The group has a number of venues so there are opportunities for career growth under the guiding eye of one of the industries best chefs.
