A two hat Italian restaurant in Melbourne is looking for a highly experienced Restaurant Supervisor to join their team as one of the leaders within the business.
You will need experience in fine dining venues and be able to run a service.
Italian speaking would be ideal but not a deal breaker.
Wine knowledge, service skills and leadership skills are all things you’ll need to be successful in the role.
