Ian Curley’s new venue in Brighton called Baix is looking for a Head Chef to take over running the kitchens in this already busy on trend venue.

You will be a highly experienced and passionate Head Chef that can lead, teach and run crew and be the person that gives the kitchen its direction.

There’s a great salary on the table and you’ll be asked to take over the venue while working with Ian and the team to keep the venue profitable and busy.
