Job Description

An up and coming Restaurant in Port Melbourne is looking for a new Head Chef to lead their team and get the recognition it deserves. You will have worked as a Head Chef in quality ala carte restaurants and be able to train your team. You need a passion for food and be willing to lead by example in everything you do. A sound knowledge of French and Italian cooking is preferred as is the ability to plan and execute menus.
