Executive Chef

A well known and highly reputable hospitality group in Melbourne is looking for a hands on Executive Chef for their new Brighton Venue.
The key to this role is a passion and love for cooking. You will obviously be able to run numbers, cost a menu, teach and train staff, but you will want to be part of a modern and supportive team that enjoy what they do.
You will oversee this multi faceted business and understand that while it’s under your watchful eye you will be on the pans and driving service during busy periods.
