Once the employer has loaded all the relevant information then they hit ‘POST JOB’ and that job is populated to the data base. It’s populated to people it may be relevant to…the data base also gets an email once a week about current jobs on the site
When a job seeker applies for the role listed by the employer the employer gets an email with the job seekers prole and resume
