Founded in 2022 by hospitality veteran Ben Logan during the height of the Covid crisis, Staff Finder is dedicated to reconnecting hospitality businesses and stakeholders with job-ready individuals. Initially, we operated as a bespoke recruitment company, charging 5% of the annual salary as our fee-a model we still maintain.
However, we’ve since expanded to include our own job search engine, specifically designed for the hospitality industry. This platform aims to provide an easy, efficient, and cost-effective way for businesses to find the right people and for job seekers to find the right roles, whether casual, part-time, contract, or full-time.
Our mission is to ensure the hospitality industry not only survives but thrives well into the future.
