Mentored by Michelin-starred chefs Gordon Ramsay along with Michel and Albert Roux, I excel in managing high-performing teams, premium dining operations and large scale caterings and events.

More recently I have been on a short career break after selling my renowned heritage hospitality business. During this time I have worked on a contract/project basis, led 5-star service for 700+ guests at the Melbourne Spring Racing Carnival and Australian Grand Prix, ensuring flawless food safety and cost control.
